How to order

To place an order you can email us at info@fireworkshows.com or call 0800 1182921.

We will require the following information:

  • Which packages you are interested in
  • Date and time of your event
  • Type of event, venue address and contact details
  • Your contact and billing details

Other details to consider:

  • The 'finale colours' your might want (this is free of charge)
  • Firing time
  • If the show is a surprise for your guests
  • Your music choices if you have a chosen a 'pyromusical'. Fireworks will be coordinated with the chosen songs.

After we receive your information we will then generate your order, which will be sent to you for verification. Once you are happy with the details we will require a signature and then we'll take care of the rest.

All prices include: venue liaison, set-up and clean up afterwards, insurance coverage, and required health & safety checks.

Payment

We ask for a 25% deposit when booking; the final balance will be due 14 days before the actual event date. Organisation of your show will start after your deposit has been received. For cancellations and refunds please refer to section 5 of our terms & conditions.

Last minute bookings (a week or less before the event) will require payment in full.

Areas of operation

Our display packages are available all over the UK mainland at a fixed price with no hidden fees. Shows that are required in: Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Orkney and Shetlands, Hebrides and The Channel Islands will incur additional charges due to travel costs. These will be quoted and agreed in advance.
